Your Responsibilities:
- Provide support to management in addressing customer service issues as they emerge.
- Maintain consistent use of the CRM platform by diligently entering prospect data for each customer interaction.
- Cultivate strong relationships with New Equipment Representatives to enhance collaboration and information exchange.
- Foster connections with Branch Dispatchers and Managers to facilitate efficient communication and coordination.
- Engage in regular and meaningful conversations with clients, addressing their concerns, exploring opportunities, and navigating challenges.
- Promote and sell various products and services, including PMs, Repair Jobs, Tires, Hand Pallet Trucks, etc.
- Achieve the goal of selling approximately 120 maintenance agreements/contracts per year.
- Sales Goals: Meet and surpass sales targets set by our management.
- Lead Generation: Create new leads through various prospecting activities such as cold calls, canvassing, customer referrals, and maintain our existing customer base.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and activity reports, submitting them as required.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should be able to work independently and multitask effectively.
- Sales Lifecycle: Develop, present, and negotiate sales proposals/contracts. Close deals, follow up on sales activity, and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction and solid client relationships.
- Team Player: Collaborate with a diverse range of personalities and interact with internal teams to ensure efficient, exceptional customer service that consistently exceeds expectations.
- Physical Requirements: You'll need to meet the physical demands of the job, including walking or traveling door to door in various weather conditions.
- Requirements: A good driving record, a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening are essential.
